Understanding Our Terms and Conditions

Vice Jets provides SMS updates in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, including flight availability, booking confirmations, service updates, special offers, and important notifications. By opting in, you agree that all communications are governed by our Terms and Conditions related to messaging, usage, and consent.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 702 509-9796. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 702 509-9796.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency, e.g., up to 4 messages per month]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

General Information

Vice Jets (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as an independent jet charter broker. We are not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by duly licensed U.S. Part 135 air carriers or foreign equivalent operators who exercise full operational control of flights.

Use of Website

  • You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • All content, branding, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Vice Jets and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Booking & Payments

  • Quotes provided are subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only once full payment or deposit (as specified in your charter agreement) has been received.
  • All payments must be made in the form specified on the invoice or agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by operator and will be outlined in your individual charter agreement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking.
  • No-show passengers or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the entire charter cost.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must provide valid government-issued identification and comply with all TSA, FAA, and operator requirements.
  • Weight, baggage, and security restrictions may apply and are determined by the operating carrier.
  • You agree to indemnify Vice Jets and the operator against any damages or costs caused by your negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Vice Jets acts solely as a broker and does not own or operate aircraft.
  • Operational control of flights rests exclusively with the licensed air carrier.
  • Vice Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, mechanical issues, or other operational matters outside our control.
  • In no event shall Vice Jets be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, air traffic control restrictions, strikes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government regulations.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Las Vegas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our site and services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
